Community Guidelines
Tangyzen is a small, deal-loving corner of the internet. We keep things useful and friendly with a few simple house rules. Reading and following these guidelines helps everyone find better deals and enjoy the conversation.
Be Kind and Constructive
- Treat other members the way you want to be treated. Disagreeing is fine; personal attacks are not.
- No harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing, or targeted pile-ons.
- Stay curious. If a thread gets heated, walk away or flag it.
Post Quality Deals
- Share the price, merchant, and link. Screenshots alone are not enough.
- Call out shipping, taxes, coupons, or regional restrictions that affect the final price.
- Use clear, honest titles — no clickbait, no fake expiry pressure.
- Mark deals as expired when they are gone. Edit, do not delete.
No Spam, Fraud, or Self-Promotion
- No referral spam, affiliate stuffing, or hidden sponsorship.
- No scams, phishing, counterfeit products, or illegal goods.
- If you represent a brand, disclose it. Transparency is respected; undisclosed promotion is not.
Respect Privacy and Intellectual Property
- Do not share other people’s private information without consent.
- Only post images and content you have the right to share.
- Credit original sources when you reference them.
One Account, One Voice
- Do not create multiple accounts to vote on your own posts or evade moderation.
- Do not impersonate other users, staff, or brands.
Use the Flag Button
- If something violates these guidelines, flag it. Do not pile on publicly.
- Moderators review flagged content and may remove, edit, or lock posts as needed.
What Happens If You Break the Rules
- First issues usually get a friendly warning and a pointer back to these guidelines.
- Repeated or serious violations may result in post removal, temporary silencing, or permanent bans.
- Unlawful activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
