- Interfere with security, infrastructure, or system performance
- Assist or encourage others to violate these Terms
Content Standards
You may not submit content that:
- Is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, hateful, or threatening
- Infringes intellectual property or proprietary rights
- Violates privacy or confidentiality obligations
- Contains malware or harmful code
- Exists solely to reserve usernames or manipulate visibility
- You do not have the legal right to share

Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit.
By posting content, you grant Tangyzen a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the Service, and to use it for moderation, safety, analytics, and platform improvement.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tangyzen from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, content you submit, or your use of the Service.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
Limitation of Liability
- Tangyzen is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Tangyzen’s total liability related to the Service will not exceed USD $50
Termination
You or Tangyzen may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately. The sections on Your Content, Disclaimers, Liability, Disputes, and General Terms survive termination.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
